Bipin Rawat Death News
On Wednesday 8th of December 2021, it proved to be a black day for the whole of India as we lost one of our major defense leaders, Bipin Rawat. General Bipin Rawat was the first CDS or Chief of Defense Staff of India. On the morning of the 8th of December 2021, the CDS left with his wife and 12 crew members from New Delhi to Armed Forces College, Tamil Nadu.
He was supposed to give a speech at the College. But suddenly in the afternoon at 2:30 pm his helicopter MI-17 crashed on Kunnur, Tamil Nadu. After that, the IAF or the Indian Air Force started the rescue mission on priority.
All the crew members were approached to the nearest Military Hospital. But on the Evening of the 8th of December 2021, the IAF tweeted and gave the official confirmation of the death of CDS Bipin Rawat along with his wife and 12 more crew members.

CDS Bipin Rawat was born on 16th March 1958 in Saina Village, Birmoli, Lansdowne, Pauri Gharwal, Uttarakhand. His father was also in the army and his grandfather had also served the Indian army.
